Thankful Tuesday

Today I am so happy that I am not feeling like I did at around this time last year. I was overly pregnant and extremely uncomfortable. I am lucky that our son was born the day before his due date. My doctor forewarned me that it is not uncommon for first time deliveries happen well AFTER the due date. A week more of being pregnant and I would've been in tears. Not being able to sleep, not being able to eat, not being able to breathe normally...swollen feet... It was all worth it in the end - but a struggle during the "during".
